Ceci s'agit d'une réponse à l'expérience
The pumice experiment de Rika sur son blog. J'ai expérimenté 2 substrats différents. Le
chabasai est un substrat composé de
chabazite, qui est un minéral d'origine volcanique de la famille des
zéolithes. Le Haydite est un substrat de synthèse produit par l'expansion et la vitrification de shales dans un four à plus de 1100 C. Leur granulométrie, leur rétention en eau tout en restant drainant et leur stérilité en font un substrat idéal pour des lithops.
Dans le chabasai pur :
Lithops bromfieldii var insularis ssp 'Sulphurea'
Lithops fulviceps C266
50% Chabasai, 50% Haydite :
Lithops dorotheae F357
Conophytum klinghartense
Tous semblent bien répondre et voici L. fulviceps C266 après seulement 7 jours :

Yes, they look great ! I was really worried for the seeds to fall too deep between the large stones. But since I sprayed a lot before, the seeds must have sticked, due to the porosities of the chabasaï. But the substrate holds a lot the water, so I will have to uncover and watch !
